SMS Foundation 2018 AGM and Members Event

Conkers – Award winning attraction at the heart of the National Forest

We are delighted to announce that we will be holding our AGM at Conkers in Derbyshire on Saturday 5th May.

Entry to the attraction Conkers is from 10am – 4pm and will be free of charge to adult members (as of 30th April 2018) and persons with Smith-Magenis syndrome. The AGM will be held in the conference room and will start at 11am. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Membership

There will be a cost of £7 for non-members and additional children. Please be aware that lunch is not provided, however, there are restaurants on site where food can be purchased or you can bring a picnic along. For tickets and to register your attendance please see below.

*  Agenda items will be confirmed by the SMS Foundation shortly before the AGM.
** For anyone interested in becoming a trustee it is suggested that you join the board as an observer for a year first. Please contact one the existing trustees at the following email info@smith-magenis.co.uk to find out more.
