Decision-Making and Escalation
- Minimum of two people must agree on any action involving safeguarding or crisis response.
- If safeguarding concern: DSL (Jayne) must be informed and has authority to override decisions where necessary.
- Crisis matters: Executive Director and Chair to be notified.
- Non-family safeguarding risks (financial, reputational, IP): escalated to full Board.
- Person-centred safeguarding cases: DSL plus Executive Director and Chair involved in action decisions.
