Save the Date, SMS Family Weekend in Liverpool 2026

November 20, 2025

Come Together 2026 (26–28 June 2026)

We’re excited to announce the date for our next SMS Family Residential Weekend, taking place in Liverpool at Barnstondale Activity Centre from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th June 2026.

Come Together 2026 will bring families, siblings, professionals, and supporters together for a weekend built around community, connection, and moments that matter.

Here’s what to expect:

Activities for all ages

A full programme of SMS-friendly activities tailored to different ages and needs, plus dedicated sessions to give siblings their own space to have fun and make friends.

Time with professionals

Workshops and information-sharing sessions led by experienced professionals who understand the complexities of SMS and the challenges families face.

Parent and carer community

Plenty of chances to chat, unwind, and build peer-to-peer relationships with others who truly understand the journey.

Accessible venue

Our Liverpool site is wheelchair-friendly, with accessible bathrooms and hoists available. The layout, facilities, and activities have all been chosen with inclusion in mind.

Whether you’ve joined us before or this will be your first residential event, we’d love for you to be part of this special weekend.

Booking details and the full programme will be released soon.
For now, save the date — and get ready to Come Together in 2026.

If you’d like to be notified as soon as registration opens, please keep an eye on our website and social channels, register your interest, or join our membership.
